Jarrad came out on short notice to replace the springs after one snapped. It was obvious that he knows his craft extremely well, and I really appreciated his investment in the tools to do the work properly and efficiently. He was remarkably generous with his time, thoughtfully answering every single curiosity-based question that I had.

Best garage door company! We moved into a home with a frankengarage door set up which was loud and clunky and low clearance. They were able to come out right away and assess our situation. Offered several different solutions but didn’t pressure us into a decision. Ultimately we ended up having them switch from a center mount to a side mount. We no longer have a frankengarage door setup. The clearance is much better as they also lifted the inside hight. Did I tell you how quiet it is?! Our bedroom is above the garage and I no longer hear or feel a thing. Not to mention the outside key panel being a huge bonus. After about 6 months there was a hiccup with the spool but they call us back (on a non business day) right away and were able to come out quickly and worked with our schedule. A few tweaks later and tada. We highly recommend this company. They are professional, prompt, personable, and do great work for an affordable price.

Mitch advised me on what he thought the issue was based on my explanation, and then when he arrived at the scheduled appointment it was exactly that. He came prepared with the materials needed to fix my door and was very informative on why the door had gotten to the point of needing repair. Great price, excellent service, and a good dude

This morning our garage door struggled to even try and open. Not being an expert, visions flashed in my mind of what had broken and plenty of fear, as some things can be very pricey. Called Mitch and THANK GOD FOR HIM! Calmly said that he was on his way. Got here and immediately set my mind at ease. He saw that we had a broken spring and he had everything that he needed to get it fixed. Less than an hour later everything worked better than it did before. Mitch is an absolute craftsman! When it comes to home maintenance, it is very stressing. He understands that and brings such calm that it significantly lowers stress. If you are needing garage door work done, do not hesitate to call Mitch! His work is top notch, he is genuine, he lives locally and is not beholden to any corporation. His costs are extremely fair. Lastly, THANK YOU MITCH! You saved the day!!!

Mitch is the absolute BEST! So fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We have been using him for years at two different houses. I can’t say enough great things about this company. In a world where customer service and honest work feels like a dying art, this company is top notch. Highly recommend. (And I love that he’s never asked for a review… this is 100% me, wanting to share our experience.)

I have used this company for several years and continue to be very happy with their service and overall responsiveness to my needs. They initially installed a new garage door opener and recently replaced my garage door spring, which broke after 13 years of use. Mitch is personable, very experienced, and willing to help out in any way he can to make sure your garage door is operating correctly. I highly recommend this business!

Mitch has saved us! Our garage door broke two days ago and we found Garage Door Guys and decided to give them a call. Mitch was able to give us an estimate over the phone and was able to come out next day. His prices were extremely reasonable and did not try to oversell us. The included tune up was very much appreciated. We will definitely be calling them again if anything comes up (but hopefully not anytime soon).

Mitch did a great job. Replaced a lift for the door and talked through what parts were worn and needed replaced and what would last a while. A plus all the way through. Service the way you expect it.
